That is: we suggest the choice of the most suitable angle to rationalize the use of Doctor Blades and the life of cylinders, the cut on size of the Doctor Blade with eventual rounding of the edges, perforations and all the requested treatments.

Quality check:


Each of the 100 meter rolls is checked and examined meter by meter with a magnification video system on video screens, further more there are sensors that relieve tolerances during the different production steps.

Packaging:

After the quality check each roll is oiled and packed in a dispenser paper box between two thick polystyrene boards.
