Type of Doctor Blades available:

Doctor Blade B TX: is a Doctor Blade available either in C100 steel or stainless tempered steel with two polished round edges. Webs thickness currently in use are: from 0,10 - 0.15 – 0,20 – 0,25 mm. In some particular application they measure also 0,30 and 0,40 mm.

Doctor Blade RA C100: is a Doctor Blade with constant cutting edge in C100 steel. Thicknesses normally in stock are: 0,15 – 0,20 – 0,25 – 0,30 mm. Heights vary from 20 mm. to 60 mm.
These are the most demanded Doctor Blades.

Doctor Blade RI INOX: is a Doctor Blade with cutting edge in stainless steel with breaking-strain higher than 2000 Nmm2. Thickness normally in stock are: 0,10 - 0,15 – 0,20 mm. Heights vary from 20 mm. To 50 mm.
Other thickness and heights are available on demand.

Doctor Blade INOX T: Doctor Blade with cutting edge in stainless tempered steel with special treatment. These new technologies are conceived to obtain a coating of only few microns. The aim of this particular treatment, realizable with different thickness and eights, is to have a longer life Doctor Blade.

Web NP: is a polyester band 0,35 mm thick. With rounded edge available in different heights: 30-35 and 40 mm. The most requested are: 30 – 35 – 40 mm.
